Appointments & Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our team.

Walk-ins are accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a forfeited session or cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Refund Policy

All services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

In the event of a medical concern, exceptions may be considered with proper documentation.

Health & Safety Requirements

Your safety is our priority. Cryotherapy is not suitable for everyone.

Clients must complete a health screening and waiver prior to their first session.

You must inform staff of any medical conditions, medications, or recent injuries.

Cryotherapy is not recommended for individuals with: Severe hypertension Heart conditions Pregnancy Cold sensitivities or related disorders

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue service if it is deemed unsafe.

Session Guidelines

Proper attire must be worn during sessions (provided or instructed by staff).

Remove all jewelry, metal, and moisture from the body prior to treatment.

Follow all staff instructions during your session.

Sessions are monitored at all times for your safety.

Packages & Memberships

All packages and memberships have a defined expiration period (outlined at purchase).

Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe.

Memberships are billed recurringly and may require a minimum commitment period.

Failure to use sessions does not pause or extend billing cycles.

Conduct Policy

We maintain a professional and respectful environment.

Any inappropriate behavior toward staff or clients will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Liability Waiver
